JT Walker’s Restaurant & Sports Bar has great food and multiple atmospheres. Located in downtown Mahomet, JT's has something for everyone.
Come enjoy lunch or dinner on our main level. There are a variety of food options ranging from soups and salads to sandwiches on our lunch menu. JT Walker’s also has a full bar featuring more than 50 bottled domestic and specialty/import beers, along with 12 beers on tap. JT's has over 100 liquors to choose from and more than 25 wines.
The restaurant features a fireplace to cozy up to and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Located upstairs, The Dog Pound Sports Bar, serves the same great food, but has a completely different atmosphere. Sit at the bar, at one of our tables or on one of our leather couches or chairs in the lounge area. The sports bar also features Mega-Touch, billiards and a shuffleboard table.
With 10 Sony High-Definition Televisions ranging from 40" to 52" covering nearly every space on the walls, The Dog Pound is the best place to catch the sporting event of your choice.
Show up early on Sundays during football season if you want a seat, whether you root for the Bears, Colts, Packers, Steelers or any of the other 32 teams in the NFL. This is one of the few places in Central Illinois that has every game with DirecTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket.
